Bee Games currently uses essential browser storage only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies.

What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Browser storage performs a similar function within your browser. The rules below cover both cookies and similar storage technologies.
What Bee Games uses
| Name | Type and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
bee_session | Strictly necessary, secure and HTTP-only cookie used to keep registered users signed in and protect account access. | For the authenticated session, then expires |
bee.player.[game code] | Strictly necessary session storage that lets a player remain connected to the game they joined. | Until the browser tab or session is closed |
bee.screen.[game code] | Strictly necessary session storage that authorises a venue’s game display. | Until the browser tab or session is closed |
bee.company | Strictly necessary session storage that keeps an authorised administrator in the selected company workspace. | Until the browser tab or session is closed |
bee.cookie-notice | Preference storage that remembers that you closed our cookie information notice. | Until browser storage is cleared |
Why there is no accept or reject button
These technologies are required to provide a service you request, secure accounts, maintain a live game connection or remember that you have read the notice. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, strictly necessary storage does not require consent. Bee Games therefore gives clear information instead of presenting a misleading consent choice.
If optional analytics, advertising or personalisation technologies are introduced, they will be disabled by default until a user makes a valid choice, and this policy will be updated.
How to control storage
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, game joining, live screens or account switching from working. Closing a browser tab normally clears Bee Games session storage.
Third-party websites
Links to services such as WhatsApp or a hosted payment page take you to another provider. That provider may use cookies under its own policy. Bee Games does not control cookies set on another provider’s website.
