1. About these terms

Bee Games is operated by Walton Group Ltd, company number 17234726, of 110 Pall Mall, Chorley, PR7 2LB, United Kingdom. By creating an account, hosting, joining or otherwise using Bee Games, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

2. Accounts and security

Account details must be accurate and kept up to date. Keep passwords, game links and access tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access to protect the service or investigate misuse.

3. Venue and host responsibilities

• Use games lawfully and supervise events appropriately.
• Make sure questions, player names, uploaded content and prizes are suitable, lawful and do not infringe another person’s rights.
• Explain any event rules, eligibility requirements and prize terms clearly to players before play.
• Award and fulfil venue-supplied prizes fairly. Bee Games does not supply or guarantee prizes entered by a host.
• Obtain any licences, permissions or insurance required for the venue, event, music, content, promotions or prizes.

Bee Games is an entertainment platform, not a gambling service. Customers must not use it for unlawful gambling, betting or a pay-to-enter game of chance. Seek independent legal advice before running a promotion where entry, chance and prizes are combined.

4. Acceptable use

Do not break the law; harass others; upload malicious, offensive or infringing material; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with live games; evade limits; scrape the service; reverse engineer protected parts of it; or use automated traffic without permission.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Prices, billing periods, included venues and limits are shown in the applicable order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude VAT. Subscription fees are payable in advance and may renew automatically where agreed at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund a period already supplied, except where the law requires otherwise. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Bee Games available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet access, venue Wi-Fi, displays and player devices are outside our control. We may maintain, secure, update, replace or withdraw features. We will use reasonable care to avoid unnecessary disruption to paying customers.

7. Intellectual property

Bee Games, its software, branding and supplied game content belong to us or our licensors. We grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active entitlement for ordinary hosted venue entertainment. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it for the service.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Bee Games is supplied for business entertainment use and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or reputational loss.

Our total liability arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in that period. This limit does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights.

9. Ending access

You may stop using the service or cancel in line with your order. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, non-payment, security risk, illegality, or where continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Terms that by nature continue after termination remain effective.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives an individual consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
